Frequently asked questions
Can I play before joining?
Of course. Guest access gives you 10 sessions per month with the Live Trainer, real-time feedback, and shot visualizations so you can experience Mantle before joining.
What simulators are supported?
We currently support GSPro with full integration. Support for other simulators including E6 Connect and TGC 2019 is on our roadmap.
Can I step away from my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase for authentication and storage, with row-level security policies protecting your information.
Do I need a launch monitor?
A launch monitor is recommended for the best experience but not required. You can use Mantle with GSPro and any compatible input device.
What happens if I change my membership?
If you return to guest access, your historical data remains accessible in the app. You simply won’t have access to membership features like coaching and advanced analytics.
