1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mantle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta Product

Mantle is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or feature availability during the beta period. Use the Service at your own discretion.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Data Usage

We collect shot data, session information, and usage analytics to provide and improve the Service. Your shot data is used to generate AI coaching insights for your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mantle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
